Time again for another Weekly Photo Challenge from Hugh’s Views and News.  This week’s topic is:

Here’s my take on it:

Pre-cell phone selfie’s didn’t always turn out in focus:

Re-use of…caps?:

These two look like Rat Pack throw-backs in these fedora’s:

I dig his straw hat…but the accordion is where it’s at!:

Hat…in silhouette:

My songs of the day are:

“Don’t Touch My Hat” by Lyle Lovett

“Hats Off To (Roy) Harper” by Led Zeppelin

“My Own Kind Of Hat” by Merle Haggard

“You Can Leave Your Hat On” by Joe Cocker (or Randy Newman 🙂 )

“Hold On To Your Hat” by The Rolling Stones

“Leopard Skin Pill-Box Hat” by Bob Dylan

“The Fez” by Steely Dan

“Three Dollar Hat” by The Dead Weather

  3. Great photos of hats, although I’m sure if I were to wear that straw hat that a bird would build a nest in it! 😀

  4. I never took a pre-cell phone selfie! I take so many of us now, I alternately feel cheered and horrified.

  5. Those are some interesting photos. The one of the fish really caught my eye. If you have the chance, then please check out our latest story, “The Bald and the Brestless”. Your comments would be awesome to have SonofaBeach.

    • Hahaha! “The Bald and the Brestless”? That’s funny. I have to check that out. The fish is a project we’ve been making for a few months now. Different fish, mermaids, lizards, gators, all using bottle caps. 🙂
