It’s time again for the Oddball Photo Challenge from Cee’s Photography.

Here’s my take on it…Halloween Edition:

We’re in Kentucky, so of course there are ghosts of jockeys and thoroughbreds’ past around here:

But there are also mummies cocooned in spider webs hanging from trees:

Demonic dogs:

Dudes pulling their own heads off:

But what gave me the biggest case of the heebies?  A doll head, of course:

My songs of the day are:

“Bela Lugosi’s Dead” by Bauhaus

“I Put A Spell On You” by Screamin’ Jay Hawkins

“Girl With One Eye” by Florence and The Machine

“Little Ghost” by The White Stripes

“Season of the Witch” by Sunshine Superman

“Bloodletting” by Concrete Blonde

“Evil Friends” by Portugal the Man

“I Scare Myself” by Dan Hicks and the Hot Licks (feat. Rickie Lee Jones)

  5. Bauhaus in the playlist – perfect! I like the severed head, personally. I’ve had it pointed out that I’ve featured them not once but twice on my blog. Hmm…….
