  1. I LOVE the Palace Theatre picture. That would make a really cool framed piece for my living room. Where I often sit on my lazy butt and watch theater-like things. 🙂

    • Thanks! Oddly enough, I’m not a fan of theatre-like things, in general. Unless it’s a concert. 😃

      • Oh, I was thinking things like concerts and movies myself. Although I have enjoyed a couple of musicals… (don’t tell anyone…) 🙂

      • My wife loves them. Even the movies like Grease and Mamma Mia. They drive me nuts. And I love music.

      • For me… I enjoyed Rent… Phantom of the Opera (of course, I saw this in London… everything was amazing there…)… oh – and Avenue Q was hilarious.

      • I don’t know. I can appreciate the talent and artisticness of them, but I’d rather get a root canal. I have no idea what my deal is when it comes to musicals. 😏

      • Hahaha.. I feel that way about some things many people love. Like country music or jazz.

      • I hear ya’. I actually like country, but old country, not the current crop. Most of the new country just seems like pop music with a twang. Jazz? I’m into some, and grew to love New Orleans Jazz when I lived there. But some of it just seems disjointed and random. Rap is something I’ve tried to like, but just can’t handle the vast majority of it, especially what’s out there right now. Everybody else seems to love it, but I’m just like, “Meh.”. To each their own, I suppose. 😃

      • Oh… I cannot find much to like about rap… There are a couple of artists I’m okay with, but yeah, most of it… no. And 90% (or more) of the shit they play on the most popular pop station around here… ugh.

      • I can’t listen to pop radio of any genre. We’re lucky here, we have a fantastic NPR station, well, actually 3. One is NPR news, one is classical, and one plays anything and everything. It’s WFPK, 91.9, and they stream. Check it out if you’re able. Best radio station I’ve ever listened to. And you’re likely to hear to some Morrisey every now and then. 😃

      • Cool… thanks! I’ll check it out. My favorite radio station went away a few years back… It was sad… It had been an institution around here. There’s another somewhat nearby but I have to stream to get it clearly most of the time. These were/are alt-rock stations…

      • Yep, that’s what ours is too, but it’s truly a little of this, a little of that. And the best part? Commercial free!!! 😃
