Time for this week’s Which Way Photo Challenge fromΒ Cee’s Photography.

Here’s my take on it:

Down the aisle:

Down river:

North to Hatteras:

Across Apalachicola Bay:

Down our road…but carefully:

My songs of the day are:

“Only A Northern Song” by The Beatles

“Take Me To The River” by Al Green

“(Sittin’ On) The Dock of the Bay” by Otis Redding

“50 Words For Snow” by Kate Bush

“Kick the Bride Down the Aisle” by Morrissey

“Many Rivers To Cross” by Jimmy Cliff

“Snowblind” by Black Sabbath

“Northern Downpour” by Panic! At The Disco

  2. I can see it has to be careful in your last photo. I’ve driven in snow and even black ice. I was nervous!

  3. I like the aisle . I wonder if brides have last minute cold feet and bolt? πŸ˜‚

    • Yes, ma’am, that was at about 4:00 that afternoon. It drizzled all day and was cloudy. Not the best weather for an outdoor wedding. She told me after the fact that she was bummed all day about it. It turned out to be perfect though. The ceremony coincided with the sunset and it was one of those where the Sun sets below the cloud cover and reflects all that orange and red up on the clouds. It was like the sky was on fire.πŸ˜ƒ

      • That sounds just about perfect! What beach were you on? Ocracoke?

      • Ha! You’d think so, right? It’s not, believe it or not. It’s actually a little island south of Sarasota, FL, called Casey Key. It was low-key, by design. Even did it on a Monday to limit attendance, aside from being 14 hours from home. πŸ˜ƒ
Still had about 30 people come. We had the entire hotel, one of those little old Florida places with two one-story buildings housing 10 rooms total, with a courtyard in between. Actually, there was one room already taken by a female couple, whom we promptly invited to come. It was one of my favorite days. 😊😊

      • It was fun. That little hotel is still there. Can’t believe it hasn’t been turned into a condo tower by now. There aren’t many places like that left anymore. πŸ˜•
