This week’s One Word Photo Challenge from Jennifer Nichole Wells Photography is for the topic:

FRIEND

Here’s my take on it:

Our friends are….full of personality:

My best friend:

Damn, we were all so young:

Love travellin’ with my buds:

Disliking each other is a learned behavior.  Stop teaching hate!  We CAN all be friends:

My songs of the day are:

“I Have Friends In Holy Places” by Panic! at the Disco

“We Used To Be Friends” by The Dandy Warhols

“Friend Of Mine” by Barclay James Harvest

“Why Can’t We Be Friends?” by War

“We’re Going To Be Friends” by The White Stripes

“Roses From My Friends” by Ben Harper

“My Friend Blind Lemon” by Leadbelly

“Goodbye Lovers & Friends” by Franz Ferdinand

  1. Good one. It’s always great to have friends from other cultures and ages. What I find is the more we seem different, we really have a lot more in common that I ever imagine.

    • Yep. We are all in this together, and it shouldn’t matter if one is different from another culturally, religiously, ethnically. It simply shouldn’t matter. Bigotry is not innate, it is learned. Simple as that.

  2. Great take on the challenge! And a nice throw back for Thursday. And I love the last one and it’s message! Amen!

  3. The only song I would have added would be “You’ve Got A Friend” by James Taylor
