This week’s Weekly Photo Challenge from The Daily Post is for the topic:

Here’s what the host has to say about it:

Show us something cheeky this week! Kids, animals, faces in inanimate objects, amusing signs, funny juxtapositions — go find a little irreverence in your world.

Here’s my take on it:

My songs of the day are:

“Cheek To Cheek” by Billie Holiday

“Mask” by Bauhaus

“These Old Shoes” by Deer Tick

“Hard Lines, Sunken Cheeks” by Pantera

“Oysters And Pearls” by Jimmy Buffett

“Leave My Monkey Alone” by Warren Zevon

“Time To Smile” by Xavier Rudd

“The Don’s Cheek” by Action Bronson

  2. Well I just love the critter flipping off the customers! That’s awesome! The middle finger is probably my most overused gesture, lol! I also love the Oyster sign! Not that I like oysters – snot in a shell – but I’ll take a beer!

    • Hahaha! Isn’t he great? It’s a bike shop in Apalach. Funny dude runs the place. Old hippie who only rides his bike. If you rent one from him for weekend or whatever he won’t give you a price. He just asks you to donate what you can to the shop.

I can’t say I’m a huge oyster fan, but I get em whenever we’re in NOLA or Apalach. Apalachicola Bay is one of the biggest producers of oysters in the US, so they don’t get any more fresh. What’s on your plate for lunch was in the water that morning. And yes, a beer…or 4….is a given with oysters. 😃
