  3. Love that old tree! What a majesty she is. The beach shot is my next favorite, but they’re all great!

    • Hahaha. No, it’s not my home. Well, technically, I guess. It was my MIL’s place, down in MS. Long Beach, just west of Gulfport. My wife and her little sister inherited it when she died a few years back. They both still do, and her sister and her family are living there now, until it gets put up for sale. It’s a beautiful place and we go down for visits every fall and sometimes spring. She was lucky during Katrina, and the house survived. So many others didn’t. 😕

  5. Love the feeling of solitude in the midst empty loungers in the first one. Beautiful conversion to B/W in all of them.

  6. Is that Chicago and the building formerly known as the Hancock?

  7. This photos really show a wide range of different structures. I’ve always been interested in architecture. My mom used to take me “hunting” for architecture left by the Romans in southern Europe, when I was a kid. We spent many summers doing that. ..and I love all the songs!
