  2. Wow! Wow! Wow! These are amazing! What’s the first shot? I love the effect – sort of sepia/silvertone. That church is the famous one in New Orleans? And the mansion – is it Biltmore? Oh my word, these are fabulous!

  6. Great photos. Love the Biltmore one. The first time I went was in the early 80’s, and you could park infront of the main entrance to the house. We tried to go a couple years ago, but the state had taken over, and we couldn’t even drive the grounds. It was nuts.

    • I haven’t been in years. We’d go up for the Christmas light display every now and then when I was a kid, and we’ve taken the boys, but it’s kind of a been there done that kinda thing. I’ve heard it’s pretty pricey now too. Hard to imagine it and the 1000’s of acres around it being a “family home”. Crazy.
