This week’s Weekly Photo Challenge from The Daily Post is for the topic:

Here’s my take on it:

Gently awakened by the trade winds and crashing waves (sigh):

Awakening of nerve endings at the hands….er, tentacles, of a jellyfish:

I know that a lot of us have our doubts this year, but Spring will awaken:

Ssshhhhh!!!  For shit’s sake, don’t awaken these two!!!:

Awakening of a glorious day on the bay:

My songs of the day are:

“I’m Awake Now” by Ricky Skaggs

“Awakening” by Lucinda Williams

“Awake” by Black Rebel Motorcycle Club

“Wide Awake” by Chris Cornell

“Newborn Awakening” by The Doors

“Eyes Wide Awake” by Calexico

“Awakening” by Pete Townshend

“Awake My Soul” by Mumford & Sons

  4. Perfect and I’m with you about the dolls. The sweet puppy waking up, the gorgeous water, the sting, all wonderful and an upside down kitten. It doesn’t get better than that.
