This week’s Black and White Photo Challenge from Cee’s Photography is for the topic:

CLOSE-UPS

Here’s my take on it:

My songs of the day are:

“Close To You” by Stevie Ray Vaughan

“Too Close For Comfort” by Eatha Kitt

“Don’t Stand So Close To Me” by The Police

“How Do I Get Close” by The Kinks

“Close To The Wind” by America

“Close To Me” by Bill Withers

“Close Enough” by John Mellencamp

“Close Together” by The Steve Miller Band

  2. My favorite donkeys! 😃😃 And the kids are sweet. And you even sneaked in a creepy mannequin AND a bug! Great variety this week!

  3. Sleeping kids…the best. Love the first one. Nice shots…all of them.

    • Thanks so much. Is there anything more peaceful than a sleeping child? I used to watch my boys sleep all the time. When I didn’t fall asleep next to them or with one or two on top of me. They’re like sedatives. 😃😃

  5. Great photos, especially of the living beings. I recall The Carpenters doing yet another song called Close To You. I love Yes’s Close To The Edge, which might suit the first kid photo or the last photo–

  6. I liked the B & W photos and your songs with “close” in them.
Of course being older I like the Carpenter’s song, “(Long to be) Close to you.” 🎶
