Hahaha! Yeah, I suspect they are, indeed, part fish, so no harm there. As for the guy in the top pic, people will do nearly anything to have beads thrown their way in the Quarter or during the Mardi Gras parades. Even going so far as to wear fake breasts. Typically, showing ones breasts is a fee to get beads, and that guy took it and ran with it. 😃
