I’m just an average guy, married, 3 beautiful boys, and we live in an old farmhouse in the country. I love my little family, travel, photography, music of all kinds, the “outdoors”, and kayaking of all kinds. I have a physical need to be near water, salt and fresh, and get grumpy if I’m not for extended periods of time. This is my journal of sorts. It’s not about anything in particular but L’ll likely discuss the same topics at times. Hope ya read some, and enjoy it.

I just found your blog, sounds interesting! I too, have that need to be near water. In fact it is such a need that for a lot of the year we liveaboard our yacht in Greece, so I am surrounded by the wet stuff!

Hi, just read this. I noticed that I only seem to get your photography site. I saw one written blog from a while ago, was wondering if you have that as separate or am I just missing something. . .I see you laughing, don’t worry, I’m used to it!😂

Hahaha! No, I only have the one site, same as it’s slways been. I just very rarely write anything more than photo captions, Share Your World posts, or the occasional questionnaire. Same site as always though. 😃

I’d like to follow you but I don’t see a place on your blog to do that. I’ve hit the reader follow for now but I have to admit that I rarely go there. It’s hard enough keeping up with my emails.

Following from the reader is the only way I know to do it. I shut off my email notifications years ago. My in box was out of hand. Other than from the reader, I’m not sure how else you’d follow someone. Anyway, hope it works out, and stop by any time. 😊

If you’re interested, click on My Site (upper left hand corner), go to Appearance and click on Widgets.There’s a button called Follow Blog that you can add to your page. You can place it anywhere you like. When people follow you they will get a notification that you’ve posted a new post. You will only get one email whenever someone starts to follow you. I think this would be helpful for people who want to participate in your challenges.

at the perspective of where the photo is taken, I feel like I on a ship/boat floating along and I look at the structure of the place and it is a dock 🙂 I love that feeling of cruising along but safe on shore. Although on a boat/ship you are safe to. 🙂 blessings peace

Hahaha! I had to go back and look to see what Photo I had used. That is on a boat, actually. It’s a ferry in the Outer Banks. 😃
